Barbara Houdek CEO and Construction Manager/Sales

Barbara is a shareholder and believes in being closely involved in all aspects of Trillium’s projects. She oversees construction management, site development, sales and marketing, business development, safety programs and project management, bidding and scheduling. She has more than 15 years of experience in concrete tower construction and is actively involved in the National Association of Tower Erectors.

Brian Butler Project Manager

Brian is Trillium’s Project Manager and is responsible for first contact with clients in the bidding of
projects, site visits, pre-construction meetings, ordering and scheduling. He has worked in the tower industry
since 1991 and served Trillium clients since 2006. Working in a five-state area, Brian’s knowledge of the
industry and responsiveness to client needs ensures consistent progress and positive relationships. Brian is
OSHA certified for safety training and is also a certified welder.
